Shortly after the onset of the war in Ukraine, Hospitainer was approached to provide medical solutions. Since the beginning of the conflict, dozens of field hospitals and clinics have been delivered to various organizations. In addition to the infrastructure of these clinics, there is also a constant need for medicines and consumables. These items are always included in the initial packages, but there are occasional follow-up deliveries, restocking needs, and donations that also need to be distributed to the hospitals.
CMA (Christian Medical Association) has been a crucial partner in supporting these efforts. This NGO was founded by a group of young, enthusiastic Ukrainians and experienced rapid growth. Soon, they started receiving substantial donations from large organizations, with contributions valued at millions. However, as a result of this rapid expansion, certain aspects of their operations lagged behind. This is where we, as the Hospitainer Foundation, were able to step in.
An assessment was conducted at CMA to identify areas where they needed further development. With the guidance of a consultant, CMA is now making significant strides towards becoming a more professional and efficient organization. At Hospitainer Foundation, we believe it is essential to support and foster the growth of young, entrepreneurial changemakers, especially when they play such a vital role in the broader supply chain.
By investing in CMA’s capacity building, we aim to contribute not just to immediate relief efforts, but also to a sustainable and scalable infrastructure for long-term impact.
